{"id":1068,"date":"2023-04-24T11:09:06","date_gmt":"2023-04-24T10:09:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blaenpennal.org.uk\/?p=1068"},"modified":"2023-04-24T11:09:06","modified_gmt":"2023-04-24T10:09:06","slug":"report-of-meeting-12th-april-2023-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blaenpennal.org.uk\/en\/report-of-meeting-12th-april-2023-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Report of Meeting 12th April 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Meeting on 12<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0April 2023<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The meeting was held at the Long Room, Penial Chapel, Blaenpennal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The Society will in future operate as te Cymdeithas Mynydd Bach Society.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The new Constitution was presented to the meeting, and adopted subject to any objections within the period specified.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">A financial report was presented.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The Committee was re-elected en bloc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Welsh Conversation sessions will continue bi \u2013 monthly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">History meetings will resume in September. 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Summer activities and other social events are open for suggestions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The presentation for the evening was\u00a0<\/span>kindly given \u00a0\u00a0by\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Meic Birtwistle<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Frongoch \u2013 Gwalia et Italia &#8211; In happy comradeship<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Conflict between Welsh and Italian lead miners\u00a0 c 1900<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Meeting on 12th\u00a0April 2023 \u00a0 The meeting was held at the Long Room, Penial Chapel, Blaenpennal.
